Given your itinerary, I recommend using a 7-day Nationwide JR Pass.
To maximise the value of the pass, you can activate it on the 27th of April at a JR Pass exchange office, such as the one at Odawara Station (the gateway to Hakone), before starting your long-distance travel. All other journeys can be covered by individual tickets.
