Hello again,
My daughter is using a 7 day pass, she arrives in Tokyo March 26 but does not want to use her pass until March 27, can she exchange her voucher 3/26, with an activation date of 3 /27?

Hi there,

Yes she can do this, by setting the activation date one day ahead when she goes to exchange the pass - she has the option to do this.
