Question about days of operation.

Hello everything is fine?
I would like to know if in December and December trains run normally in all regions.

I'm afraid that due to the cold the train won't arrive, for example, in the Hokaido region.

Yes, normal schedules work. Of course, delays and cancellation can happen due to bad weather conditions.
