We are hoping you can help, we are note inclined to purchase ticket online we fear the ticket might get lost in the mail. Is it possible to purchase JR pass when we arrive in Tokyo?
Also we cannot see any option to buy ticket for our 7 year old child online, is he free?

Hi there,
We offer a full refund or replacement ticket, in the rare occasion that something happens during shipment. Still, should you wish to buy it upon arrival, then that is possible too.
We also have JR Child passes for ages 6-11, these are half price compared to an adult.
