We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will be going to Japan on 29/1/2014@14:45noon by Air Asia and expected to arrive at Haneda Airport at 23:00. We are planning to online purchase the JR Pass for 7 Days today 25 Jan 2014. Can we get the JR Pass Exchange Order courier to us in Kuala Lumpur before our departure date latest by 28 Jan 2014? Please advise.

Hi there,
Unfortunately we won't be able to get the pass to you in time. Dispatches are made during working days but not during the weekend. The first dispatch is this Monday. You may be better of trying a local travel agent. we may be able to ship your JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan if you stay for a longer period of time. This takes 3 working days and the order would have to be places before you leave for Japan. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to make use of this option.
