Pass Ordered- Not sure if it will arrive in time

Hi, we have gone ahead and ordered the JR Japan-wide rail pass for two of us. We could not see where thia could be purchased on arrival in Japan. However we live in Western Australia and doubt that the passes will arrive by Monday Mar 31, the evening of which is the day we depart Australia for Japan

Do we have any option to receive the exchange document by other means or is our only option to cancel on Monday if we have not received the documents?
