Osaka-Kyoto-Nagoya (still consider)-Tokyo

For this route it would be more economic to buy normal tickets. A Japan Rail Pass would be great if you made a return Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka.

If i buy the 7days JR pass.. does it cover the train from Osaka to Kyoto, Kyoto to Nagoya then Nagoya to Tokyo??

Yes, the JR Pass would cover travel to all these places and you can use bullet trains to travel to all these cities :)

Is it ok with 7days JR pass for below schedule?

Day01-Osaka - Kyoto
Day02-Kyoto
Day03-Kyoto-Nagoya
Day04-Nagoya
Day05-Nagoya-Tokyo
Day06-Tokyo-Karuizawa day trip
Day07-Tokyo-Kanazawa day trip

And, is there any problem if we bring along with 1big luggage and 1small luggage upon taking JR to every ways??
