I’m going from Haneda airport to Kyoto on 12/26 but most trains are Nozomi line.
Now that I have my green car pass, can I ride Nozomi as a foreigner? Or am I still excluded ?

Hi there,
You can, but there is an extra fare (depending on the distance).
We still recommend using the Hikari train as the time difference in minimal, and you can use it for free.
