We have just decided to go to Japan for two weeks. We leave next Thursday and I have just now ordered the Japan Rail Pass for a week's travel. In the order form I had to put my delivery address but that also included an email address. Can the paperwork for the pass be delivered by email? We live in the countryside and mail here is very slow. I am concerned that the pass paperwork won't arrive in time before we leave.

Unfortunately you need the physical voucher to obtain the JR Pass.
We ship using FedEx express who are very fast and reliable. We should be able to get the pass in time to you.
