I'm flying to Japan in June with one of my daughters and two days later my other daughter is flying in. Can the Meet and Greet rep do the reservations for the second daughter the same time she does them for me and my first daughter when we first land.

Yes, this would be possible.

Just make sure you bring all the required documents, like your passport and Japan Rail Pass voucher to exchange.
