Lost exchange voucher

Dear JR pass,

I arrived yesterday in Tokyo and discovered that I have lost my JR pass exchange vouchers (1 for 3 weeks and 1 for 1 week). As I understand from previous posts it is possible to get new ones delivers in Japan an get a refund for the old ones once they expire. Therefore I was hoping I can order these a.s.a.p. and was wondering what the (quickest) delivery time of the JR passes could be in Japan.
