My mom and sis are goong to visit me in Tokyo from Sep 14th. I am planning to order JR pass for them, however since you don’t have delivery to Iran, I would like to receive their JR pass by myself, 1-is it possible to send them to my address in Tokyo?
They are on tourist visa ( 30 days).
2- Since I am not eligible to buy JR pass for myself as a resident? What is the other alternative pass for myself

1.) Yes, we can dispatch to Tokyo.
2.) For locals in Japan, there are different discount tickets available. However, this often depends on route and time when you travel. For instance, you could loop at a Kodama Flat plan, JR East Wide pass or a variety of orders options. Best would be to contact your local JR travel office (in your case JR East) and see what they recommend.
