I’m scheduled to arrive at the Haneda airport around 3:30 PM. I would like to pickup the JR pass and pocket wifi at the airport. What is your office business hours at the airport?
In case of possible delays, and I’m not able to pickup the pass and pocket wifi on the scheduled time/date, can I pick them on the later date? Like about 10 days from the scheduled pick up date.

Please note that this is for exchange hours, we do not offer direct pick-up for the JRP, we do for WiFi.
WiFi can be picked up till late or the next day, no problem. The JR Pass can be activated at any date within 3 months of issue date, so you have plenty of flexibility.
