I’ve ordered Delivery JRPass on september, 13 and the delivery date that was informed was September 25th (order number #2095879), but I didn’t receive them yet. I really need receive it urgently. Can you check and reply urgently? My daughter ordered one day after and it's ok. How can we travel separately ? Please, help us, onegai shimasu !

Did you receive your tracking number, I see a change of address was requested but is awaiting additional information from you.

After the DELAY and since I received the JRpass after going to Japan, I ask again at the support for refund the taxes of 2 JRpass. Need the procedures to do it.
