We have purchased the 7 days JR Pass on 25 Sep 2023.
We have accidently selected the planned participation date 20 Dec 2023.
However , we be landing on Narita airport on 21 Dec 2023 early morning .
Will we still be able to activate JR Pass on 21 Dec ?

You have 3 months after issue date to exchange your pass, this can be any date with this period.
This means you have plenty of flexibility and will be fine doing so.
