Hi, family of 5 arriving Tokyo on 12/20/23. Will spend 3 days in Kyoto and osaka then back to tokyo. We will be in Japan total of 9 days. but planning to hire taxi or shuttle service to and from airport. Is JR pass worthwhile?

Hi Marianne,
A 7-day JR Pass is worth considering if you at least cover travel to/from the Airport to Tokyo and the return Tokyo - Kyoto using the bullet trains.
