Is it worthy? Nozomi?

A one way ticket Kyoto - Hiroshima is ¥ 10,990, this however is not enough for a JR Pass to pay off (even if you make the return). So I'd suggest buying normal tickets instead. It is true that you can't use the Nozomi train to Hiroshima with the JR Pass but you can take the Sakura express instead, which is almost as fast and a more modern train.

1- kyoto - hiroshima

2- hiroshima - Tokyo

Yes in this case I do think that a 7 day JR Pass would be useful!

Kyoto - Hiroshima ¥ 10,990
Hiroshima - Tokyo ¥ 18,250

For a total of ¥ 29,240 The 7 day JR Pass is 28,300, so you are already making savings. Remember that any travel you may do after would add to your savings. For instance you could make a visit to Miyajima from Hirsoshima.
