I selected the wrong JR pass package.

Hi,

I just made a purchase order for the JR pass and I did not notice that I selected the 7 day pass instead of the 14 days pass.
is there anyway to upgrade the pass to 14 days ?

Please contact [email protected], they'll hopefully be able to refund your order and then allow you to purchase a 14- day pass.
