How to know which services included with JR Pass when using google maps , showing many routes direction ?
How to reserves seat ? if train is full , are we able to board the train without seat or have to wait for next train ?

Hi there,

It is not possible using Google Maps, we recommend using Navi time instead:
https://japantravel.navitime.com/en/area/jp/route/

2.) Please see: https://www.jrpass.com/blog/reserving-seats-boarding-the-bullet-train most trains can be boarded, even when no seats are available.

Kind regards,
Daniel
