I just wanted to write a note of thanks to the jrpass team - is there somewhere to put testimonials? We've just got back from a 14 day trip to Japan and honestly, I don't know what we would have done without the Rail Pass. Aside from the savings (I loved the trip, but my wallet is a lot lighter) and convenience, it was so great to not have to deal with buying tickets and things for the whole trip (my Japanese goes as far as ordering a drink...).

Our tickets arrived really quick and it was a totally stress free experience, so thanks again!
