Getting the JR pass in Namibia

hello. I was wondering if anybody knows where or who i should contact or go to obtain JR passes for two people here in Namibia. It seems to be a rather difficult thing to do for Namibian citizens.
But being young and very financially restricted we really do need this pass. How can i get it?
where in Namibia is it for sale? Could i buy one from South Africa? This is very important for our trip.
