Hello,

Daniel-san answered my prior question but I am confused to the information under FAQ:
Can the JR Pass be ordered more than 90 days in advance?
Yes, orders can be placed as far as 180 days before travel commences with the Japan Rail Pass. Exchange orders with a lead time more than 3 months will be dispatched closer to your travel date.

** Sorry, to continue. If I buy on Sept 15/23 (180 days prior to trip) and use for my March 15/24 trip, would I be able to pay the current rate opposed to the higher rate as of Oct 2023?
