We are looking to get a 7 day JR pass. But I will like to know if the JR Pass include trains for subways in these cities:
Tokyo
Osaka
Kyoto
Hiroshima
Himeji
Yokohama
Niigata
Nara
These are the places I am planning to visit and if the pass covers all these metro lines, sure saves a lot more! Please let me know, thanks!
Hello there,
The Subway/Metro is not included in the JRPass, however many cities have local JR lines which are all included. This is especially handy in Tokyo and Osaka.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Sorry for the delay in reply, thank you very much for your response! I am still working on the itinerary and shall take note to make good use of the lines in Tokyo and Osaka.
