Hi,
If I buy a JR pass, do I need to have it sent to a physical address? I leave next Friday and I dont trust I will receive it in time.

Or because I am buying it through the official site, can I bring an email conformation?

Hi there,

Regardless of where you purchase it, you’ll need to receive a physical copy of the exchange order, my advice would be to contact our support team as soon as possible at [email protected] to see if they are able to have it sent to your accommodation in Japan.
