Hello -
We will be in Japan for 9 days 8 nights, from Sunday Nov 4th to Monday Nov 12th which includes stop in Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto and Tokyo. I'm wondering if I should get the 7 day JR Pass or if there is an "alternative pass" we can use to get all the local trains in Osaka and Tokyo. 4 years ago we came and it was easy to use the JR Pass to get around.
If we should get the 7 Day JR Pass, which days should we use it?
Itinerary:
DAY 1: Sun (11/4/18) Arrive in Osaka. Train from Kansai (KIX) Airport to Hotel
DAY 2: Mon (11/5/18) Osaka
DAY 3: Tues (11/6/18) Day Round Trip to Kyoto
DAY 4: Wed (11/7/18) Day Round Trip to Kobe
DAY 5: Thurs (11/8/18) Osaka
DAY 6: Fri (11/9/18) Train from Osaka to Tokyo
DAY 7: Sat (11/10/18) Tokyo
DAY 8: Sun (11/11/18) Tokyo
DAY 9: Mon (11/12/18) Train from Tokyo Hotel to Narita (NRT) Airport
