7 day or 14 day JR pass?

Hello guys,

I will be going to Japan for 11 days and 10 nights on 7th to 17th June this year.
Wondering whether I should buy the 7 day or 14 day JR pass.

Itinerary as follows:
Day 1: Arrive in Narita Airport--> Shinjuku
Day 2: Tokyo
Day 3: DisneySea
Day 4: Tokyo --> Hakone (1 night stay in Hakone-yumoto)
Day 5: Hakone --> Kyoto
Day 6: Kyoto
Day 7: Nara day trip from Kyoto
Day 8: Kyoto --> Osaka
Day 9: Osaka--> Universal Studios
Day 10: Osaka --> Tokyo (Shinjuku)
Day 11: Shinjuku --> Narita Airport

1. I am not sure whether I should purchase the 7 day or 14 day JR pass.
   I know the JR pass includes NE'X from Narita to Shinjiku. However I have read that the JR pass will not be used much while I am in Tokyo for the first 3 days?

2. Also I am not sure whether I should purchase the Hakone Express pass from Shinjuku to Hakone or should I just use the JR pass to travel to Odawara.

Any suggestions?
