Well, I'm going to Tokyo and I think I'll buy the 2-day-open ticket, it says that the Valid Route is "all Tokyo Metro lines" is JR included or just the 9 Tokyo Metro lines? If so, isn't there a ticket that can be used both for JR and Tokyo Metro?

Hi there!
The 2 day open metro ticket is only valid for the metro I'm afraid, and cannot be used on JR services. Although it is not a full open ticket, you could look at the prepaid SUICA card which will allow you to pay for travel on both the metro and JR services. (if you're looking for travel be sure to search for the suica and narita express combination deal.
