Regional passes for a month's itinerary?

We are going to Japan on the 7th November for a month. This is the itinerary:

7th - Kansai airport to Kyoto for 4 nights

11th - Kyoto to Nara for 2 nights

13th - Nara to Kyoto then Kyoto to Tokyo on the bullet train

13th - 19th - Tokyo

19th Tokyo to Hakone for 3 nights

22nd Hakone to Nikko for 2 nights

24th Nikko to Nagono for 3 nights

27th Nagono to Kanazawa for 3 nights

30th Kanazawa to Takayama for 3 nights

03 December Takayama to Osaka on the Hida Wide View Express

Are there any passes that we can buy which are cheaper than individual tickets?
