Hello, I'm planning to purchase the Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass for myself and my wife in early December this year.
Do I have to buy the pass online from the JR West website, or can we buy it at stations in the Kansai region when we arrive in Osaka or Kyoto? If it is possible to buy the pass at the station, can I pay by card or only in cash?

Hello,

You can place your order for the Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass here, and then exchange the e-tickets for the physical pass at the exchange office in Japan.
