Hi JR pass team,
We will be arriving at Tokyo Narita airport, then by train to Tokyo Ginza area for a few days.
We will then get the train to Kyoto for 5 days, then by train to Osaka New Karisai airport.
could we do all this 1st class on a regional pass?

There is no regional pass that would help you make savings here. This is explained in detail here.
I think your best option here, would be to buy normal rail tickets.
