Hello,

I made a purchase for my JR pass on 04/19/2023 and have not received a order confirmation email. I sent a email to [email protected] today at 8:12am.

Surprisingly, I received a confirmation for activating my account very promptly.

Maybe there was a typo in your e-mail? It's best to contact us for this by e-mail or Facebook, as I do not recommend posting personal information here.
