Travel recommendation

I wouldn't recommend a 14-day pass for you as travel to Shirakawa-go is not directly covered by the JR Pass and your itinerary is relatively small meaning the cost wouldn't be worth it. My suggestion would be to purchase your tickets individually - to find a variety of routes and directions for travel between places I'd recommend using the 'Route' section of the Japan Travel website.
