We are going to visit Japan on January 2019 and we wanted to check if JRPass will be able to accommodate all our itinerary. Also if you can share the estimated travel time for these trips.
1.) Narita Airport to Tokyo
2.) Tokyo to Mt. Fuji to Gotemba Outlet Malls and back to Tokyo
3.) Tokyo to Osaka (Universal Studios and Siteseeing)
4.) Osaka to Kyoto (Siteseeing)
5.) Kyoto to Nagoya (Siteseeing)
6.) Nagoya to Tokyo (Siteseeing)
7.) Tokyo to Narita Airport

Hi Mark,
To start with a bit of general advice: For travel times, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.
As for the JR Pass, a 7 day JR Pass would be a cover efficient option if you can cover the return Tokyo - Kyoto with it at the very least.
