Suitable JR Pass to purchase ?

I checked the route for you and would recommend buying normal tickets as you travel. A little bit more and the JR Pass would have been a great help. For now though, consider buying normal tickets as you travel.

Travel times look good and there's not too much of it around :)

Would normal ticket cheaper than purchase Regional Pass as below ?
- 5 consecutive days for JR Central Pass (using on day 2 - 6) : JPY 2,060 - 4 consecutive days for JR Kansai Pass (using on day 7 - 10) : JPY 10,500

Is that a must to purchase JR Pass before our arrival to Japan and validate the Pass upon our arrival at KIX ?

That pass is could be useful for your trip. However do keep in mind that it is a very specific route and does not include the Shinkansen back from Nagoya to Kansai.
