Day 1 - Narita to Atami
Day 2 - Atami to Kawazu (day trip), to Nagoya
Day 3 - Nagoya
Day 4 - Nagoya to Shirakawago
Day 5 - Shirakawago to Tokyo
Day 6 - Tokyo
Day 7 - Tokyo
Day 8 - Tokyo to Narita
Will the JR Pass help me save my transportation money?

Hi there,
Yes, for sure! A return to Tokyo - Takayama (from where you can take the bus to Shirakawago) is almost the cost of the pass already. Add all the extra travel, and you will be making good savings for sure.
