Please show me the best way to get shibazakura festival from osaka. try to check the website but all information using japanese language :( cause i need to reach tokyo arround 8 pm.
and also is there any locker to put my luggage in this festival area?
if possible i using JR pass but, if it will be longer, i will take the the fastest train.

Generally many stations have lockers to store things, but unfortunately I don't have any info about lockers at the site itself.
