pleease help, this is my itineiry:
April 20, 2017 arrive Narita airport will take Jr train/ Hayabusa to Hakodate
April 22, 2017 will take train to Sapporo, which train do i take that is included with my JR pass?
April 24, 2017 will take the train to NOboribetsu, which train will i take that is included with my JR pass?
April 26, 2017, will take the train to Shinjuku, which train will we take and the fastest with not so many transfers.

Hi,
For that route, all the JR trains are available for you. However, for the Narita Express and Hayabusa bullet train, advanced seat reservations are required (and free with the pass). You can do them when you activate your pass, or at any JR office.
