Refund of tickets

Good day, I have already got a reply that there is a possibility to get a refund of the tickets. According to JRPASS I must send it back to JRPASS office in London from where I got it issued. I have a question if I can use any type of courrier company to send it back or it must be FEDEX? Thank you in advance :)

Hi there,

Any courier should be fine, provided you include everything necessary for the refund to be issued.
