Hello Daniel - san,
During the last five days I sent you 4 emails to - [email protected] regarding canceling the order and get refund due to a medical emergency.
I bought insurance of Any Reason Cancellation Protection.

Our office has been closed due to the Eastern Holidays, I'm sorry that you have had to wait, we will get back to you by e-mail in the next few days, and you will be able to get a full refund as under the T&C of the Any Reason Cancellation Protection.
