Is it a good idea/possible to purchase NEX TOKYO Round Ticket if:
going from NARTIA Terminal 1 ( (landing in Narita 09:35 july the 9th ) To Roppongi
and from HANEDA Termina D2 ( landing 05:50 july the 23rd ) to NARITA Terminal 1?

It is possible and you can make some nice savings over normal tickets.
At the same time, do note that the NEX return ticket is not valid on the Monorail from Haneda Airport. You will have to pay a normal ticket for that part of the journey.

The route would be Haneda Airport --Monorail 20min --> Hamamatsucho --Yamanote line 6min-> Tokyo station --> Narita Express -> Narita Airport.
