Need times and trains to take

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any way i could get an itinerary for the following dates and times.

On October 18th from Narita Airport to Shinjuku station leaving around1730

On October 20th from Shinjuku station to Kamakura leaving around 0930

On October 21st from Shinjuku station to Kyoto station leaving around 0930

On October 23rd from Kyoto station to Nara (Toudaiji) leaving around 0900

On October 24th from Kyoto station to Shin Aomori station leaving around 0930

Also I will be buying the 7 day JR Pass but my question is when does it begin and finish? Is it time stamped or is it for a full 7 days until midnight on the 7 day?
