I'll arriving in Tokyo in june 22. My Second time in Japan with family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child 10 years old. Itinerary as follows::
Tokyo to Nara (june 30)
Nara to Osaka
Osaka to Ghibli Park (Nagoya) and back to Osaka
Osaka to Hiroshima
Hiroahima to Tokyo (july 6)
Please advise if it is beneficial to purchase JR Pass 7 days or JR Regional Pass.
If we purchase JR Pass online, how long to deliver to Sao Paulo Brazil

Yes, I believe a JR Pass would be a cost-effective option for your itinerary considering your extended use of the Shinkansen.
Delivery to Brazil is expected to be 3 days - we recommend purchasing the pass 14 days before you leave to account for any problems with delivery, weather etc.
