Hiroshima to Osaka
Day trips to Kobe and Nara
Osaka to Kyoto
Day trip to Nagoya
Kyoto to Haneda airport

Hi Sharon/MeHere,
With this trip, likely a 14-day JR Pass will be of great help. It will depend a bit on your timing, though. As long as you fit the trip to Hiroshima and all the way back to Tokyo in a 14-day window, then you'll be good with the pass.
You can maximize your savings by covering local travel in Tokyo and to the airport as well.
