Hi, I was wondering, if it's possible to check whether I gave the right information regarding my date of birth and date of travel?

Hi there!

Yes, please contact our support team at [email protected]. The DOB and date of travel information is for checking purposes only, so if your passenger is over 12, and is intending to use the JR Pass within the next 3 months you should have no problems.
