Hello,

We are 2 adults traveling;

April 2nd Tokyo to Takayama
April 4 Takayama to Kanazawa
April 6 Kanazawa to Kyoto
April 9 Kyoto to Hakone
April 10 Hakone to Narita airport (Tokyo)

What pass should we get? Do we need to book the individual trains or do so directly at the station before departures?

We are departing to Tokyo in 2 days so probably won't be able to get our passes mailed to us in the US can we buy them here in the US and get them mailed to our friend;s house in Tokyo?

Does the pass include train from Narita to Tokyo when we arrive to Japan?
