Hi,
Our plan is to travel over 8 days, what is the best way to do that - with individual tickets or pass + individual?
We will have suitcases with us.
12 Sep - Tokyo to Kyoto
16 Sep - Kyoto to Hiroshima
17 Sep - Hiroshima to Osaka
19 Sep - Osaka to Tokyo
Any help would be gratefully received

Hi Tim,
A 7-day JR Pass would have been a good option here, if you have returned to Tokyo by day 7. As you're taking 8 days, the pass would not help.
With that in mind, you may be better off buying normal tickets.
