I´m traveling for the first time to japan and I don´t know what type of train I should use.
1st until 5th Tokio
6th Kamakura - yokohama
6th Tokio - Kioto
Kioto 6th - 9th
Osaka 9th 12th
Kobe 13th 14th
15th Tokio
What type of train I should Buy and how can I get regional tickets to visit Kamakura, Yokohama, Nara and some other beautiful places.

For travel times, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.
You can use the JR Pass Fare Calculator to find an approximate ticket cost of a single route or even your full itinerary.
