Hi There struggling to make the pass work for us, current plan is this:
7th Sept arrive Tokyo - stay 4nights
11th Sept Arrive Kyoto - stay 4nights
15th Sept Arriv Osaka - Stay 3 nights
18th Sept Depart Osaka to Narita for 20:00/8pm departure back to Australia
Need assistance to find the most econonmical mode of transport to make our way around, appreciate any advice and assistance.
Hi there,
The 7-day JR Pass would be a good choice if you could use it to make the return Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka with it. However, I see you'll be taking 8 days effectively for this and a 14 day JR Pass would not be cost efficient. As such, I think buying normal tickets is the best option.
