Hi,

I am going to travel to Nagoya the next month, and my visa category is (V) AS TEMPORARY VISITOR, but in Remarks said ACADEMIC EX. So I am wondering if I can apply for the Japan rail pass.

Also I would like to know if the pass cover some trains inside of Nagoya city.

Would you be able to send us a copy via [email protected] and we can confirm if the Visa is valid or not.

I've been talking to different people over the last couple of days but no one knows for sure, without seeing it.
