Hello,
I am landing in Narita airport in April, stay in Tokyo for a few days, travel to Hakone for one night then Kyoto and back to Tokyo and finally Narita airport. Should I buy individual tickets or the JR Pass. I want to travel in the best class available, reserved seats.

For this trip, a pass would not help you make savings. With that in mind, I would just buy normal train tickets as you travel.
